Rigid PU foams for blocks
(HCFC-141b- based and cyclopentane-based systems are both available)
The formulations are two-component rigid foam systems, specifically designed for closed molding applications for blocks. They can be hand mixed with crude MDI or dispensed through high or low pressure units. The polyol are mixed with crude MDI at weight ratio of 1:1 and poured into mold to prepare rigid foam blocks.
