Heavy metal chelating agents
CMA-3000 series and CMA-5150 are based on sodium dithiocarbamide , CMA-700 series are based on sodium sulfide, used to remove heavy metals from wastewater. The internal property of CMA can chelate metals to form insoluble complex, then inter-bridge the polymer chain to from large flocs and settle. are effective over a wide PH range and almost all kinds of metals, even in the presence of other chelating or sequestering agents.
