Resin stripping agent
The CDT-1500 series of environmentally friendly water-based resin strippers have relatively lower volatility and toxicity compared to traditional paint strippers , mitigating the environmental problems caused by traditional paint strippers . They are used to remove various coatings from surfaces such as metal, wood, and concrete .
Currently, it is used for paint removal on automotive aluminum rims , paint removal on bicycle painted steel pipes , paint removal on painted steel plates , paint removal from electrocoating , and treatment of gel pipelines and equipment in resin synthesis chemical plants. It does not damage the metal surface.
CDT-1502 and CDT-1520 Features:
1. Strong emulsifying and penetrating properties, easily dissolving and emulsifying various types of resins or oils.
2. Effectively removes organic coatings from various types of metal surfaces.
3. After impregnation, coatings made of electrocoating , powder coating , or liquid coating resin can be easily peeled off.
4. Suitable for cleaning residues inside various metal or plastic tanks.
5. Contains no volatile organic solvents, ensuring high safety for the working environment.
6. Completely miscible with water , making the cleaning process extremely convenient and effective.
