Floor Cleaner
Two types of grease stains are commonly found on food manufacturing floors: fresh grease and stubborn, polymeric grease deposits. These polymeric grease deposits are fatty acid salts formed from fresh grease and metal salts, or cross-linked polymeric grease derivatives.
Commercially available cleaners are effective at removing fresh grease, but are very ineffective at removing polymeric grease deposits. This product is an environmentally friendly floor cleaner, free of phosphorus and endocrine disruptors.
BC-525 (alkaline cleaner) is a product specifically developed for this type of grease buildup and dirt, and has excellent cleaning effect.
BC-730 (bleach cleaner) is developed for cleaning stubborn grease deposits while also disinfecting the work environment.
