Activated Sludge Enhancer BCP-
Improve the treatment efficiency of activated sludge tanks for hydrocarbons, solvents, leather wastewater, animal fats, pharmaceuticals, and surfactants in various industries . The BCP series products are designed for more effective treatment of wastewater with special requirements (such as high concentrations of grease, ammonia nitrogen, etc.).
BCP-22 ( High-Oil System ) : A mixture of aerobic and heterotrophic bacteria ( facultative anaerobic bacteria) with properties that reduce surface tension and improve permeability. Its amylase and lipase complexes decompose foaming extracellular polymers and inhibit filamentous bacteria growth, reducing oil deposits. Therefore, it can be used in food processing containing large amounts of oil and fat, especially effective in decomposing and liquefying dense oil layers. Post-processing cleaning is very convenient, and it improves processing efficiency and the emission environment. Its characteristics include improved processing efficiency, reduced odor from fatty waste, reduced biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), reduced foaming, reduced oil accumulation, cleaned sewers, improved sludge settling , control of filamentous bacteria growth , and reduced sludge volume.
Example (as shown in the right figure):

BCP-655 ( High Ammonia Nitrogen System ) : A product specifically designed for wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen. It utilizes organic carbon as a food and energy source. In the presence of high concentrations of organic carbon, it can consume more ammonia than nitrifying bacteria and remove organic nitrogen (i.e., amino acids, proteins, purines, pyrimidines, and nucleic acids) from wastewater.

Its characteristics are as follows:
- It significantly reduces ammonia levels , typically by 40-50% within 24-48 hours.
- Enhances the removal of organic nitrogen such as amino acids, proteins, purines, pyrimidines, and nucleic acids.
- Improve wastewater treatment efficiency by at least 50%.
- Reduce the impact of anomalies on the treatment plant.
- the expensive surcharges incurred due to high TKN (total Kjeldahl nitrogen) emissions.
