Coagulant - Multi-component staggered aluminum PCA

Multi-component alumina is a novel formulation specifically designed for wastewater treatment, combining inorganic and organic microcolloids. Upon dissociation in water, it forms polynuclear, highly cation-charged alumina salt compounds. The zeta potential is used to coagulate and precipitate the colloidal particles. The organic formulation and microcolloids can penetrate the fixed layer (electric double layer) and exert interparticle adsorption effects.
 
Multi-component alumina is a formulation containing aluminum hydroxide and organic chemicals. After hydrolysis, it forms highly charged polyvalent alumina salts with strong adsorption capabilities. It exhibits excellent coagulation effects on microcolloids, such as dyes and biofluocants. It can reduce color and COD.
Multi-component aluminum hydroxide is an organic formula containing nutrients, which is beneficial to biochemical treatment systems. Furthermore, because the organic formula replaces part of the aluminum hydroxide, it can reduce the amount of sludge and lower sludge removal costs.
 
Its characteristics are as follows:
  1. It has strong cohesive power and excellent turbidity and color removal rates.
  2. It can form strong, dense gel feathers .
  3. Micro-organic colloids in organic formulations can perform the grafting function on the surface of colloidal particles. This function can be clearly demonstrated by the strong cohesiveness of the colloidal plume after the reaction with polymeric coagulant aid .
  4. With a low alumina content, it can reduce sludge volume and lower post-treatment costs.
  5. The formula can be modified according to the type and properties of wastewater to achieve an economical effect of rationalizing treatment costs.
